Access to the community's exclusive Beach Club (a few minutes' walk away) features tennis courts and a private beach on the Pacific (note: Pedregal beach is beautiful for walking and enjoying views, although the waves are often strong, it is not recommended for swimming).

Covered parking with space for 1 car and additional outdoor parking. Pedregal is a gated community with 24/7 security, so you'll have complete peace of mind during your stay.

Housekeeping: Basic housekeeping service included. Light daily cleaning (making beds, general tidying) and a full checkout cleaning are provided at no extra charge. (Note: Daily cleaning can be adjusted according to your privacy preferences; excluding Sundays and public holidays, unless arranged in advance.)
Personal Concierge: You'll have access to a local concierge available 24/7 (via phone/WhatsApp) to assist you with any needs during your stay – from restaurant recommendations to coordinating transportation or activities. Upon arrival, the concierge will greet you for check-in and help you familiarize yourself with the property..
Security: Pedregal features controlled access and 24-hour security. The villa itself has a safe for valuables and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your peace of mind.

Bartender/Butler: Half-day or full-day butler service to attend to your villa, prepare cocktails, serve appetizers, and ensure you have everything you need while you relax. (Some agencies include this service for half a day; in our case, it can be arranged according to your needs.)
Private Transportation: Airport transfers in luxury vehicles, private driver for getting around Los Cabos, or car rentals (including SUVs) delivered to your villa. We can arrange everything in advance.
Spa at your Villa: Massages, facials, and spa treatments right at Casa Nautilus. Certified therapists can transform one of the terraces or a room into your personal beachfront spa.
Pantry Stock: Advance shopping service – send us a list and we'll stock your kitchen with your favorite food and drinks before your arrival.
Private Event Planning: If you're celebrating a special occasion (birthday, anniversary), we can help you coordinate decorations, live music, a catering chef, a photographer, supervised fireworks, etc. (Events subject to community noise and capacity restrictions; please inquire in advance.)
Pet Services
Pet Services: Casa Nautilus is pet-friendly (well-behaved small/medium-sized pets welcome upon request). We can provide a bed/house for your dog, dishes, and coordinate pet-sitting or grooming services during your stay. (A cleaning deposit may be required per pet; see policies.)
