CANCELLATION POLICY – CASA NAUTILUS
Flexible Rate – 7 Days
A 100% deposit of the reservation total is required to confirm the booking.
Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, no-shows, and early departures are non-refundable and
will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
Non-Refundable Rate
Full payment (100% of the reservation total) is required at the time of booking.
This rate is non-refundable under all circumstances.
No refunds, credits, or date changes will be granted for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

At Casa Nautilus, we welcome guests traveling with their pets. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following conditions:
Pets Allowed
Well-behaved small and medium-sized pets are welcome, but prior authorization is required upon arrival.
The number of pets allowed must be approved before check-in.
Deposit and Cleaning Fee
A security deposit and/or an additional cleaning fee may be required per pet.
Any damage caused by the pet to furniture, textiles, decorations, gardens or facilities will be the responsibility of the owner.

Pets are welcome in designated outdoor areas.
For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool area.
